In anticipation of the new digital reality, FIELDEAS has developed an application for the council of Arteixo that will help streamline the management of incidents in the municipality.
Through a phone call or sending an email, the citizen of Arteixo can report any incident on the road, occurred in their municipality (lighting, broken street furniture, garbage, etc.), which will be channeled through this application to the city council, sending notice to the different responsible for its management. Once solved, if the notification was made by e-mail, the citizen will receive a message explaining that the incident has been solved.
The implementation of the application for the city council on the staff’s devices will allow them to plan, distribute, control, monitor and analyze all their maintenance activities, digitizing them from the source to their execution in the field, optimizing their processes and helping to improve their efficiency.
