Complaints Channel

In compliance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption, as well as Directive 2019/1937 and other applicable regulations, FIELDEAS has established a reporting channel designed to facilitate the reporting of any alerts regarding potential risks that may come to light, which constitutes a responsible act and an ethical duty.

What can be communicated?

FIELDEAS employees, partners, customers, suppliers, or any other party with a legitimate interest may report any potential irregularities or violations of regulations of which they become aware.

How do I submit the notice?

You may also submit a report verbally via voice message to the same email address.

Specialized and impartial staff will take the appropriate actions, always ensuring the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity and that of any third party mentioned in the report.

An acknowledgment of receipt will be provided within seven days of receiving the report, and a response will be provided within the following three months.

What should be included in the notice?

The report must contain the information necessary to conduct an analysis of the facts being reported.

Ideal requirements (if any are missing, please let us know what you know):

• A clear and detailed account of the facts.
• Identification of the Company or Business Unit where the incident took place.
• The name and contact information of the complainant and their relationship to the Group to facilitate the analysis and follow-up of the complaint.
• Identification of the individuals involved in the reported conduct or who have knowledge of it.
• The time when the incident occurred or has been occurring.
• Quantification, whenever possible, of the impact of the reported incident on the financial statements.
• Provide, if deemed necessary, documents, files, or other information deemed relevant to the evaluation and resolution of the report.
