Next November 2 will take place in Manchester the largest European networking event for the decommissioning of nuclear power plants and FIELDEAS wants to be present.
Within the sectors in which we operate, our Enterprise Mobility and Field Service solutions offer a wide range of benefits applicable to the decommissioning business processes of a nuclear power plant, saving time and costs and ultimately achieving greater efficiency and productivity. Two aspects that are of vital importance when it comes to handling radioactive material that seriously threatens the environment and, in addition, requires dangerous work tasks.
However, the decommissioning of a nuclear power plant is a long-term process that, in addition to time, requires special attention to ensure adequate conditioning of the treated space.
This is the main reason for our presence at the seventh edition of the NDA, an event organized by the industry and for the industry that last year attracted no less than approximately 1,600 delegates and involved up to 280 exhibiting companies.
In addition, this year there will be a Skills Zone and an Innovation Zone. In the first of these, attendees will receive guidance and advice on the skills needed in the nuclear industry. Meanwhile, in the innovation area, numerous companies will be showcasing their latest products.
On the other hand, there will also be space for an awards day, which not only recognizes the winners’ contribution to the UK’s nuclear cleanup mission, but also the provision of timely and cost-effective solutions within the decommissioning of a power plant.
Our presence is provided by CINC, the Nuclear Industry Cluster of Cantabria, of which CIC Consulting is a member.
We look forward to seeing you at Europe’s largest networking event on nuclear decommissioning.
David Peattie, CEO NDA
