2. What kind of information does CIC collect and how we obtain it?

The categories of personal data that FIELDEAS S.L.U. processes regarding its customers and suppliers are as follows:

All of the data described above have been provided to us either directly by you when submitting a contact form, commercial offer or contract proposal, etc., or by your company when providing us with identification details and other information required to undertake the subject matter of the contract relationship between the parties. Should your data change, you or your company are responsible for providing us with the updated details.

2.1. Third party personal data

In the event of the personal data provided belonging to a third party, the customer pledges that they have informed the third party of this Privacy Policy and have obtained their permission to provide their data to FIELDEAS S.L.U. for the stated purposes. They also ensure that the data provided are accurate and up-to-date, and are responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a result of breaching this obligation.

3. For what purpose de we process your data?

At FIELDEAS S.L.U. we process the data provided to us by the persons concerned for the purpose of managing different activities arising from specific procedures performed in the ambit of sales, after-sales service, supplier management, service quality, etc. Your data will therefore be used to perform one or more of the activities listed below:

We shall not draw up commercial profiles based on the information provided, and therefore nor shall we make automated decisions about you based on a commercial profile.

4. For how long do we retain your data?

The personal data relating to natural persons linked to potential or actual customers and suppliers that FIELDEAS S.L.U. gathers via different contact and/or data collection forms shall be retained until such time as the interested party requests their deletion. The information provided by our customers and suppliers shall be retained for the duration of the business relationship between the parties, and in any case for the minimum legal retention period according to the matter concerned. In any case, FIELDEAS S.L.U. shall retain your personal data for the time deemed reasonably necessary, taking into account that we need to be able to respond to or address any issues that may arise, make improvements, activate our services and comply with the requirements of prevailing legislation. This means that we can retain your personal data for a reasonable time including after you have ceased using our products or using this website. After this time has elapsed, your personal data will be deleted from all FIELDEAS S.L.U. systems.

5. What are the legitimate grounds for processing your data?

6. Origin of personal data

The large majority of personal data that FIELDEAS S.L.U. will process in order to render the services contracted has been provided directly by the customer during the contracting process. Such data include name, surname, address, contact details and payment method details. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and for updating it as necessary.

FIELDEAS S.L.U. may also collect information via the website and via use of the service contracted, such as statistics or browsing data and, where appropriate, interests.

Similarly, if the customer has accessed the website via their social media account, FIELDEAS S.L.U. may obtain public information available on the Internet such as their user identification, name, sex, date of birth, clicks on “like”, tweets, number of followers, number of users followed and profile information such as their biography and location details (if stated by the user). In the case of Facebook, the customer may specify which permissions they do not wish to grant among those requested of them. Under no circumstances shall data on physical third parties not relating to the user be collected.

7. To whom will your data be disclosed?

FIELDEAS S.L.U. will never share your data with any third party company that intends to use them for direct marketing activities, unless you have expressly authorised us to do so.

We inform you that we may disclose your personal data to Public Administration agencies and authorities in the event of FIELDEAS S.L.U. being legally required to do so by the aforementioned authorities or when, acting in good faith, we consider that such an action is reasonably necessary to comply with a legal proceeding; to contest any legal complaint or demand; or to protect the interests of FIELDEAS S.L.U. or of its customers, or the general public.

In order to be able to satisfy the legitimate interest arising from different requirements of employment, fiscal and administrative management by our staff, FIELDEAS S.L.U. may need to share your data with the other companies in our Group; as provided for by Recital 48 of the GDPR.

FIELDEAS S.L.U. may share your personal data with third parties (e.g. Internet service providers who assist us in the administration of our website or the execution of services contracted, IT support and maintenance companies, logistics companies, processing agencies, taxation and accountancy advisors, etc.). In all cases and at all times, these third parties must implement the same levels of security as FIELDEAS S.L.U. in relation to your personal data and, whenever necessary, shall be legally bound to keep your personal data private and secure, and only to use such information as per specific instructions from FIELDEAS S.L.U.

The transfer abroad of personal data of participants is not envisaged. However, in the event of any international transfer, this shall be done pursuant to the criteria and requirements of prevailing legislation by means of adopting the appropriate legal guarantees, which may entail the execution with the data recipient of (a) Model Contract Clauses approved by the European Commission to legitimise international transfer of data to third countries, or (b) a different and valid legal instrument that ensures an adequate level of protection equivalent to the level in the European Economic Area.

8. What are your rights as party concerned or interested party?

In the event of being applicable, the customer may exercise their rights of access, correction or deletion, limited processing, opposition, portability and opposition to automated individual decision-making with FIELDEAS S.L.U. The customer may likewise withdraw their consent in the event of having granted it for a specific purpose, and may change their preferences at any time.

The customer may exercise their rights by sending an email to [email protected], or by writing to FIELDEAS S.L.U. at their registered address at Calle Isabel Torres no. 3, Santander (39.011), Cantabria (Spain).

The customer is informed that FIELDEAS S.L.U. has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO); you may also address any kind of personal data protection complaint directly to the Spanish Data Protection Agency www.aepd.es, the supervisory authority in Spain.

Any individual is entitled to be informed of whether FIELDEAS S.L.U. is processing their personal data or not.

Specifically, interested parties may request access rights to their personal data, and receive them in a common, machine-readable format if processing is done by digital means (portability right).

Interested parties may also request correction rights for inaccurate data or, where applicable, request their deletion, amongst other reasons when such data are no longer required for the purpose for which they were originally collected.

In addition, in certain circumstances interested parties may request limited processing of their data, or in certain circumstances and for reasons relating to their personal situation, interested parties may exercise their right to oppose processing of their data. FIELDEAS S.L.U. shall cease to process data, other than on compelling legitimate grounds, or for exercising or defending any complaints, or in the case of exceptions provided for by the applicable legislation.

9. Website user data protection

Pursuant to prevailing Regulation (EU) 2016/679, FIELDEAS S.L.U. informs you that the personal data of website users will be processed by FIELDEAS S.L.U. for the purpose stated on each data collection form on our website. Such data processing is done under your own consent. By clicking on “SEND”, the user consents to their data being processed by FIELDEAS S.L.U.

We inform you that unless legally required, or unless you give your express consent, FIELDEAS S.L.U. will not pass your data to third parties.

10. Other relevant information regarding our Data Protection Policy

10.1 Security measures

FIELDEAS S.L.U. adopts the levels of security required by prevailing European and Spanish legislation as regards data protection, taking into account the state of the art, costs of application and the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing described, and the risks of varying probability and seriousness for your rights and liberties as an individual.

As part of the process of extending privacy by default and the principle of prudence, the company diligently conducts the pertinent Risk Analyses (or Impact Assessments, when applicable).

10.2 Processing the data of minors

Under EU GDPR 679/2016 and Royal Decree 1720/2007, minors aged 14 years old or more may give their consent for contracting Information Society services such as subscribing to a forum, filling in a contact form, etc.

This notwithstanding, FIELDEAS S.L.U. shall be responsible for checking that the age stated by the minor is their actual age.

For processing the data of minors younger than 14 years old, such data collection shall always require the express consent of their parents or legal guardians.

10.3 Amendments to our Data Protection Policy

10.4 Why must you accept this Data Protection Policy?
