Despite the evolution of the sector towards technological services, the human factor is a crucial element in logistics and transport management and this will be the focus of the V Logistics Talent Forum 2020.

If technology makes the difference in the market, the staff makes the difference when a service is performed, so much so that one cannot be understood without the other.

Logistics activities are gradually becoming a segment of activity that brings significant added value to its customers through the indicators generated by the goods in movement along the supply chain.

However, only staff with adequate functional and multidisciplinary training will be in a position to extract the maximum performance from the increasingly powerful technological tools at their disposal.

Space for reflection

Aware of the need for these two factors to be developed in parallel, FIELDEAS collaborates with the Logistics Talent Forum, a space for reflection for professionals and companies in the sector to be held on November 18 in virtual format.

Through this collaboration, FIELDEAS wants to highlight the importance of a good training of the workforce to promote innovation in logistics and transport activities, as a lever for improving business competitiveness.

On November 18 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, the V Logistics Talent Forum will bring together more than 2,000 professionals from the logistics sector who will be able to discover the contributions of 25 prestigious speakers and, at the same time, offer a networking space for the exchange of opinions and experiences.
