FIELDEAS will participate together with four companies, IKEA, Prosegur, Swisslog, Tools Group, to address the key challenges of this year 2021 where they will discuss how to design supply chains capable of adapting to the needs of the market and the environment.

A journey through four areas: Demand Forecasting, Purchasing Transformation, Automation and Traceability and Visibility in logistics operations; by Miguel Ángel Rivera (Prosegur), Ricard Pascual (Tools Group), Mikel Fernández del Castillo (Swisslog), Marián Garrigues (IKEA) and Óscar López (FIELDEAS).

We will share our experience in transforming supply chains through digitization to make them flexible, agile and resilient.

We will explain how the digitization of the process becomes visibility, and how this visibility transforms organizations, making them more efficient. Our message “You can’t control what you can’t see, not plan what you don’t know” is something that must be resolved in order to achieve more efficient, sustainable processes focused on service quality.

The round table will be opened by Pablo Boix, President of ADL and moderated by Carlos Hernández Barrueco, logistics expert, writer, professor and e-Learning producer.
